wait? so, so far, only the alliance does something on this island? like Thrall is supposed to be a big thing in TWW, but he seems to not appear in any of the zones? like i know they dont show us everything but isle of dorn is moira and her son, ringing deeps aswell as it seems, hallowfall is anduin centric and azjkahet is alleria? Where is thrall or any horde character?
The plot armor thickens.
Can't wait to see the Harronir cutscenes and their animations. Really see if they're looking to be a playable race
I'm liking Alleria being flawed/unreasonable/wrong here. It sounds petty, but it ensures that the writers are taking this seriously and aren't just using her as a mouthpiece.
I really don't mind if it's mostly Alliance characters this time. Who cares? If the narrative is good and the characters are well written, I couldn't care less who they affiliate with. I like voidy stuff, so Alleria is fine. Anduin seems interesting too. I personally don't necessarily need the big smelly green thing for this to be good, and I'm mainly a Horde player.
Anduin needs a choke chain for Alleria.
Props for Alleria not just waiting for a villain to monologue and just going for the kill. Bummer that we can't have her off Xal'atath right here and now.
Xal'atath will be the Gul'dan of this expansion.
Chris Metzen voices Thrall. Do you think that (Chris being in charge of everything Warcraft Lore related) would write out his own character in the story? No. Either they didn't put a big part of Thrall's story in the game to give the players non spoilers or he has a massive part to play later. Just be patient and enjoy the story.
Am I the only one who gets the impression that the story questlines in the new expansion seem to be quite short in every zone? I hope there will be more story content right after completing all leveling quests.
Hi, Horde main here!We haven't needed faction divide since BFA. People just whined that Alleria and Turyalon are allowed in Silvermoon. "Why should Alliance get to be in Horde capital cities!"Cause we don't care any more. The war is dead. It's never happening again. Alliance and Horde are cultures now, not enemies. So if Alleria gets screen time, that's not Alliance screen time. This is a united Azeroth versus the Void. And we ain't stopping, ever. I get wanting Horde representation, cause you want the lore characters that have historically been on your team saving the day. There's no way that's Not gonna happen. This is just the intro quests, this is the leveling content. We'll be alright, we'll get there. If anything, Anduin boy is about to recruit the Horde some new Nerubian allied races. That human guy, who's lost the light? He's best friends with Baine. He gave FUNERAL rites and burried the Forsaken after Sylvanas murdered her own people. He stepped down from being King of Stormwind. He's just a good guy, not any faction. That's the second son of Varok you talkin about. He helped bridge Alliance and Horde, even when his father hated it, even when Auntie Jaina hated it, even when Garrosh breaking every bone in his body. He's always been on Horde side.Besides, we get an entire patch about Goblins coming up.
I think the point is not 'Horde' or 'Alliance' characters, so let's move beyond that. The point is that Thrall really did seem like he was going to be important in this expansion, so it is surprising to not see him yet. There is no need to focus on whether a character is Alliance/Horde or go into how we're all friends now. Let's focus on the fact that some people would love to see more troll characters, or orc, or goblins- which yay, looks like we'll see soon!- and not spin off into the faction thing again. I think when people say 'Horde' characters, what they really mean are just certain characters that used to be Horde.
